THE NOMAD OFFICES and its associates and subsidiary companies (hereinafter called ‘THE NOMAD OFFICES'), through their various properties including but not limited to thenomad.com.my (hereinafter ‘the Sites'), provide their information and materials services (the ‘Services') to you subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully. By accessing the Sites and any pages thereof, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions below, and to use the Sites only as permitted by applicable law and these Terms and Conditions. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that may vary the nature of the current Services shall be subject to the Terms of Conditions of the Services. In order to use the Services, you must obtain access to the World Wide Web, either directly or through devices that access web-based content, and bear any service fees incurred in connection with such access.
